Throughout the 2012 T20 World Cup we will be allocating votes on a 3-2-1 basis to the best performed players in each match, with the highest vote getter to win the coveted Twenty20-12.com MVP award.

While acknowledging the best performances in each game, we feel duty bound to also note the players who failed to cover themselves in glory either with the bat or ball. To this end the somewhat less coveted Tucker Trophy has been launched, in honour of Malcolm Tucker's legendary empathy of sub-standard performance.
